Birthday Party Application

Thank you for choosing to celebrate with us on this very special occasion! 

 

We here at Sweet Arts strive to create a space that is fun, inclusive, and safe for all who attend. Please read the following policies carefully to ensure the best experience for everyone.

 

Sweet Arts is not responsible for meeting customer expectations if any of the following information on the form below is not completed and submitted by the customer at least 10 DAYS prior to the event.

Booking Details

 

Each standard booking is for 10 KIDS at a flat rate of $490.

For every additional child, there is a $15 FEE paid in person at the event.

You may book for a total number of 15 KIDS per birthday party.

 

*All CHILD PARTICIPANTS are required to have a legal guardian sign a release form in order to participate. This can be done prior to the event via our online form available HERE or on location at the start of the event.

 

At least 1 ADULT per 5 KIDS is required to chaperone.

*We currently reserve parties for the following time slots: 10am-12pm & 2pm-4pm. If you have a special request, please contact us (we are happy to work with you to schedule a party that fits your needs).

Food Policy

 

It is up to the party host to provide any and all food, plates, utensils, cups, etc. for the event which may be stored at location in our designated kitchen area.

 

(Sweet Arts has a cake knife and serving spatula on site.)

 

The customer assumes full responsibility for both the awareness of and taking the necessary precautions for any and all children and adults attending the event with food-related allergies.

Cancellation Policy

 

There is a NON-REFUNDABLE booking fee.

If you need to reschedule, please let us know ASAP. Your booking fee will be applied to the new date or issued as store credit that NEVER EXPIRES.

If you fail to cancel or reschedule within at least 3 days before the event, no store credit will be issued.

 

If we need to cancel on our end, at any time prior to the event, we will issue a FULL REFUND with our sincerest apology for the inconvenience and offer a 40% DISCOUNT for your next birthday booking.

Special Needs

 

The customer assumes full responsibility for both the awareness of and requesting the necessary assistance for any and all persons attending the event with physical disabilities and/or any other special needs.

We here at Sweet Arts will do everything we can to ensure the best experience for all who attend the event. We are more than happy to accommodate, to the best of our ability, any persons who require physical assistance and/or any other special needs. We respectfully ask for advanced notice so that we may properly discuss the best way to make the necessary arrangements prior to the event.
